We sometimes say consumers, but what we really mean is everyday people.
Health Issues Centre exists to serve everyday people by ensuring their voices are heard in shaping a better healthcare system. We don’t have a perspective but we do seek to find one based on people’s fears, hopes and ambitions.
We then use this information to reflect back to service providers and policy-makers to bring about change. This approach has proven to be the most effective at ensuring a healthcare system that evolves with people’s needs.
